Faith + Grace was created to bring glory to the Lord, provide highly personal accessible medical care, and eliminate the deceptive practices of insurance companies. Our vision is that healthcare will be delivered efficiently in a timely manner with transparent cost. We believe in personal relationships between staff and providers and not treat you as just another number. Eliminating the deceptive practices of insurance coverage, we offer on/off site appointments, and virtual appointments to meet your healthcare needs. We have partnered with several local facilities to provide low cost imaging, laboratory services and other services.

Meet Allen ayers
Allen Ayers FNP-C is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years experience in the medical field. He has special interest in Preventative Medicine, Weight Management, and overall Health and Wellness. Trained at Malone University, a private christian university in Canton, OH, Allen uses evidence-based research while practicing medicine holistically and practically.
